N2 - With the application of time-domain near-field antenna measurement, the performance of broadband and ultra-wideband antenna can be obtained with a single test. Correction for probe-modulation-caused error is essential to guarantee the accuracy of the results. In this paper, an error correction method based on time-frequency domain analysis is proposed. Simulation and experimental results are provided to verify the effectiveness of this method.
