Abstract

In order to reduce the test sample size of reliability assessment of high reliability requirements initiating explosive devices, the small sample reliability assessment method is investigated in this paper. The method is put forward on the premise of the equality of the consumer's risk. Only depend on the parameter assessment of mean value. The large sample attribute sampling test at operating-condition is transformed into the small sample attribute sampling test at low stimulation. The theory of the method is proposed. The scheme of the verification test is given on the determination of the small sample size or the test margin. The comparison with the maximum entropy method shows that the method of this paper is relatively conservative. The reasonableness and correctness of the method are verified by the comparison with the results of the step-by-step method. The results prove that the reliability of initiating explosive devices with high index can be assessed in small samples size.
