Abstract

Poly (N-isopropyl acrylamide-co-4-vinyl benzene boric acid) (P (NIPAAm-co-VPBA)) modified liquid chromatographic stationary phase on silica gel was prepared by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) and was characterized by Fourier infrared spectrum, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Thermogravimetric analysis was performed to determine its grafting ratio. The retention behavior of adenosine and deoxyadensine was studied by HPLC at low-pressure and low-flow velocity. The rate of recovery is 85.4%. The results indicate that the enrichment of adenosine can be realized in this self-made device, which can provide theoretical foundation and technical support for spatial device.
