Abstract

Over the last decade, photothermal agents are developing rapidly in disease diagnosis and treatment. In particular, nearinfrared (NIR) photothermal agents, which have potential for clinical application, have attracted more and more attention. Herein, we report a supramolecular complex with high biocompatibility obtained by supramolecular PEGylation between host and guest. In addition, this supramolecular complex exhibits excellent NIR photothermal conversion ability and photothermal stability. This supramolecular complex is expected to be applied to in vivo photothermal therapy.
