Abstract

Different morphological copper oxalate precursor was prepared using four different copper sources. Copper oxide was prepared via the calcinations of copper oxalate precursor. The microstructure and phase of the products were characterized using TG, SEM, XRD and other analysis and detection methods. The results show that the obtained copper oxide sample is constructed by nanoparticles and the sample is porous. Porous copper oxide has good catalytic activity for H2O2 decomposition under basic condition.
