Power Control Based on Fuzzy Logic in Satellite Cooperative Sensing

Abstract

In satellite cooperative sensing, it is assumed that the reporting and fusion stage of each cognitive satellite is an ideal and error-free transmission process. However, in the actual reporting process, the distance inconsistency will cause a near-far effect. To solve this problem, a power control algorithm based on fuzzy logic is proposed. In the inner-loop, the transmission power of each cognitive satellite is controlled so that the received power of each cognitive satellite that reaches the fusion center is balanced; in the outer-loop power control, the target power of the received power is dynamically adjusted by the fuzzy logic controller to achieve the best cooperative fusion performance. The algorithm can control the power more accurately subject to the premise of ensuring the performance. Compared with the fixed step power control algorithm, the control deviation is smaller. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.
