Abstract
A rapid and convenient polyol method is proposed to synthesize porous CuInS2 nanocrystalline foam. The magnetic stirring during the reaction and the ratio of reagents are critical in the formation of the final products. It is found that the agitation state and the ratio of CuCl2 to InCl3 have great influence on the purity of final products.
