Abstract

To improve the competence of personalized knowledge service and enhance the user viscosity in the cloud manufacturing platform, a personalized knowledge service method based on user behavior was presented under cloud manufacturing environment. Aiming at the characteristics of cloud manufacturing services, the architecture of personalized knowledge service in cloud manufacturing was built. The user behavior was analyzed based on ontology user behavior model. On this basis, the personalized knowledge filter was achieved by semantic analysis and knowledge evaluation. An application example was presented to prove the feasibility of the method.
