Abstract

This paper presents an overview of the PCB design of high-speed system. Such things were discussed as follows: the power distribution system and its effect on boardinghouse generation, transmission lines and their associated design rules, crosstalk and its elimination, and electromagnetic interference. This paper not only points out the reason of these problems which works on the whole circuit performance, but also puts forward some suggestions about every problem.
