Pathway analysis of core knowledge achievements sharing based-on theory of knowledge value

On basis of analyzing theory of knowledge value , and taking into account of the law of production, exchange, use and innovation of core knowledge resources outcome, a reproduction model of knowledge value is mapped out .The model graph shows us that the key to realize core knowledge achievement sharing smoothly from person to organization or society ,lies in fulfillment of knowledge processing and realization of knowledge owner′s individual value. Then the paper further analyzes obstacles to achieve knowledge achievement sharing. They include technology puzzle, lacking of full platform for knowledge owners to realize their individual value, stale concept on knowledge operation and wrong controlling measure from managers, etc. It is also confirmed and revised by some empirical researches (include doing by some scholars and our questionnaires from two military enterprises). And it generalizes further the pathway of knowledge achievement sharing which include to seven specific countermeasures. These countermeasure suggestions are to widen channels achieving personal knowledge value as many as possible such as improvement on thoughts, methods and measures of management as well as money and other resources input, etc. The conclusion is useful to increase knowledge sharing channel.
