Abstract

The effect of quasi-static compression tests result, friction and data interpretation of SHPB tests on DIF calculation are investigated in present paper. The comparisons of different researchers result are given to show the consistent of previous studies. A developed DIF calculation method is suggested to correct the empirical conclusion at some extent in order to provide the safety use of DIF in numerical simulation and structure design.
