Abstract

Based on the design of dual-motor-driving propulsion system for bulldozer, a mathematical model of driving motors system is constructed combining with its working characteristics. The requirements of several main parameters, including rated power and torque, peak power and torque, maximum and rated speed, are analyzed. According to bulldozer's dynamic working conditions, mathematical models are established, and the key parameters are matched synchronously. By using some setting values from SD-24 model bulldozer, simulation work is implemented, and some useful results are discussed at the same time. These results give a valuable guidance for design of dual-motor-driving bulldozer.
