Abstract
The step-tress life-testing with random stress-change times under exponential distibution is studied when the samples are censored. The model of test was set up and given the maximum likelihood estimates, moment estimates, s-confidence interval estimates for model parameters. Those estimates are proved optimum by using numerical method.
