Abstract

Correlation is an inherent specialty of complicated mechanical system, which is one of the greatest issues affecting and restricting mechanical reliability research. It was generally considered that the parts and failure modes of mechanical system were independent one another. And this thesis studies and analyzes the reliability of mechanical system considering multi-mode correlation specially. On the ground of structural second order narrow bounds theory, the text discusses how to optimize the upper value and lower value of this theory in detail. Furthermore, the optimized model is applied to analyze the reliability of actual mechanical system, proving that optimized model has strong pertinence and validity in mechanical reliability analyzing, predicting and researching activities.
