Abstract

In recent years, prefabricated construction has emerged as a significant trend in the development of the construction industry. Compared with the traditional construction methods, prefabricated buildings is more integrated, standard-ized and mechanized, and the uncontrollable factors in the construction process are significantly reduced, which has more room for optimization in the planning of various schemes. This study examines the construction process constraints and material residual constraints and presents a multi-objective optimisation problem aimed at minimising the overall construction time and maximising the overall scheduling factor. The NSGA-III is employed to solve this problem. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed algorithm.
