Abstract
Regular optical vortex sequences are generated by interferences of four plane waves which are symmetrical to the z axis. All the vortex sequences occupy the same coordinates in the planes normal to z axis. In this way, it is easy to obtain the exact position of each vortex in spite of noises. The initial phase condition is given in order to generate the optical vortex sequences. The distances between the adjacent vortex arrays are calculated. Its relationship with the wave-vectors is analyzed. For the local characteristics of the vortex points, the number of the topological charges and the intensity on tiny circles around the vortices with arbitrary radii are given.
