Abstract

Aiming at the problems of on-site monitoring in the complex product's assembly workshop, a process-based monitoring technology was proposed. The control process of daily production plan was analyzed, and the data model based on daily production plan was proposed. For the inconstant requirements of assembly workshop monitoring, a method that had three-tiered architecture including data acquisition, data processing and data matching was created to build the smart monitoring Kanban, and the monitoring model was established based on assembly process in workshop on-site. The assembly workshop on-site monitoring Kanban system was developed for the complex product, which had the characteristics of real-time, expansibility, process-oriented and meticulous management. The feasibility of the proposed methods was validated, and satisfactory results were obtained.
