Abstract

Ceramic/metal composite armor is the new hot armor, the toughness of the material and high hardness brittle materials bonded together, with good anti-bomb and the protective effect, there is in light armored vehicles, ships, tanks, helicopters, spacecraft, satellites good application. Therefore, research has important implications for projectile ceramic/metal composite target impact. By Autodyne different shapes projectile at extremely high speeds at different speeds hit the ceramic/metal composite target, metal target, when the target of destruction ceramic target to simulate the theoretical analysis is given of ceramic/metal composite armor excellent mechanical causes of protective properties.
