Abstract

To protect the safety of people in fire, the fire flow numerical simulation in a large underground garage with jet-fans were conducted. The safety space and the time that the peoples could run out from the fire were obtained with the calculation flow temperatures. The different array modes of the jet-fans influencing on the fire flow in the underground garage were analyzed. The results show that the jet-fans could change the fire flow and the rhombus array of jet-fans could support more space for people to run out from the underground garage.
