Numerical analysis of safeguard door's antiexplosion performance of coal mine refuge chamber

Abstract

In order to study safeguard door's antiexplosion performance of a coal mine refuge chamber in the effect of explosive shockwave, the flow field model fit with test laneway and the safeguard door's finite element model of refuge chamber were established. The pressure curve of shockwave was calculated by using AUTODYN to simulate the shockwave field generated by gas explosion in the laneway. Then the stress and strain history were obtained by using LS-DYNA to carry out numerical calculations for safeguard door in the effect of shockwave, which provide a basis for safeguard door's strength, stiffness, and sealing performance in the effect of shockwave.
