Abstract

The conventional fluorescent confocal scanning system has high resolution, big aperture, and short working distance. The working distances usually are about 1mm, and some are even shorter, which have limit in some kinds of biochip, such as cell-chip, tissue-chip and so on. Because these biochips need wide distance to real-time add medicament or reagent in it. The wider the distance is the more convenient to add the medicament or reagent. A novel optical system for scanning system of biochip is presented, which has long working distance(15 mm), big numeric aperture (0.67) and high resolution(350 nm). An optical structure is selected firstly. Through the way of CAD, a well corrected objective lens has obtained finally.
