Abstract

Because of the complexity of practical production system and the uncertainty of many decision variables, simulation is an important tool of decision under uncertainty. This paper studies the modeling method of production processing system with Arena4.0. This model includes some sub models: purchasing model, processing model, matching model, sale model and storage model etc. Modularity, friendly interface and easy operation are characteristics of the system. In order to optimize resources and improve efficiency, decision maker can modify parameters of the system based on practice and make real time dynamic decision in the course of simulation.
