Modeling and Analysis of Interconnected Hydro-Pneumatic Suspension System

Abstract

Based on the oil source system, hydraulic pump accumulator, electro-hydraulic proportional valve, and other components, the model of the suspension hydraulic system is established and designed by analyzing the principle and relationship of each component or subsystem of the suspension hydraulic system. The hydraulic interconnected suspension system with attitude adjustment function is designed, and its structural composition and the function of each component are analyzed. The control analysis of different actions of hydraulic interconnected suspension such as vehicle roll, single axle lifting, and single wheel locking is carried out. Combined with an application example of oil piping structure analysis of vehicle interconnected suspension leveling system, the oil flow in the process of controlling vehicle attitude change and the working state setting of each hydraulic component are given. To realize different action control of the vehicle body, the power-on timing table of each solenoid valve and its electromagnet in the controlled state is designed based on electric drive.
