Abstract

APP sticky research focuses on the continuous behavior of users after APP selection, that is, the continuous use of users. This requires APP not only to attract users, but also to retain users and establish long-term relationships with users. Therefore, what characteristics of APP can attract users and make it a long-term user of the application has become the focus of theoretical and practical discussion, which is also the problem to be solved in this study. This study systematically analyzed the formation mechanism of APP stickiness from a user perspective which will provide theoretical support for enterprises and individual developers to understand the APP stickiness. This study also provides a complete software design pattern oriented to the APP stickiness for enterprise design departments, which will be conducive to enterprise development of high-value APP.
