Method of extensive image digital watermarking detection

Abstract

For the purpose of solving the problem of watermarking detecting when the embedding method was unknown, an extensive digital watermarking detecting method based on known template is proposed in this paper. This method picks up some charactistic parameters in space, DCT and DWT domains of the image and template, and then uses some detecting strategies on those parameters to detect the watermark. In the experiment designed for this method, the detecting rate achieves more than 97%. The experimental result shows that extensive digital watermarking detection is realizable, effective and robust.
