Abstract

A new method for electrostatic detection based on detecting current difference is proposed. In computer simulations with this method, target characteristics curve of the electrostatic detection based on current-difference is acquired. After measurement for this kind of method by using designed detection circuit, results indicate detection distance based on this principle is related to target's some parameters, detector's layout and sensitivity of relevant circuit.
