Abstract

It is difficult to determine weighting coefficients of each parameters when evaluating the effectiveness of avionics systems. In this paper, rough set theory is applied to determine the significance of each parameter and then shift the significance of attribution to weighting coefficients. Based on the given method and combined with the subjective weighting method, a new synthetic weighting method is brought forward. After determining the weighting of ECM part of the third generation combat aircraft's avionics system, the result showed that the method given above overcomes shortcomings of traditional methods in determining weighing, possesses much more objectivity and improved the accuracy and efficiency of comprehensive evaluation.
