Abstract
Optical coherence tomography (OCT) provides high-resolution cross-sectional images of biological tissues. Its lateral resolution can be further enhanced by using optical coherence microscopy (OCM). This paper reviews the development status of MEMS-based endoscopic OCT/OCM imaging.
