Abstract

With the development of semiconductor laser technology, laser proximity fuzes have been widely used in various kinds of guided missiles and routine ammunitions. Combined with the current situation, the laser fuzes system based on the FPGA has been given in this paper. The emitting circuit and the receiving circuit have been developed. The emitted laser signal with repetition frequency of 10 kHz and pulse width of 50 ns was produced. The feasibility of the receiving circuit was proven. The work presented in this paper may be useful to guide the development of laser fuze.
