Abstract
The relationship of product data management system (PDMS) and product overall lifecycle management system (PLMS) was introduced firstly. Then the key technology of PLMS was discussed. The frame of PLMS was studied on PLM functional structure and PLM software systematic structure. Finally, a system layer structure of PLMS was put forward.
