Abstract

The local affine transformation based method has been applied to the controlling of the flexural waves in plates and the isotropic transformation material properties are analytically derived in the conformal transformation mappings. A flexural waves beam bender is designed as a sample and the numerical simulations verify that it can control the wave propagation direction well in the plates.
