Abstract

Colloidal CuInS2 based nanocrystals emerge as low cost, low toxic, non-rare earth color conversion materials to enhance the performances of white lighting emitting diodes. We here report the fabrication of light conversion films composed by CuInS2/ZnS nanocrystals and PMMA as well as their applications in intelligent remote lighting systems for living room and agriculture lighting.
