Abstract
We have demonstrated a 112-Gb/s PDM-6QAM transmission over both 400-km SMF-28 wireline and 0.5-m 2×2 MIMO millimeter-wave wireless links. The 112-Gb/s PDM-16QAM after transmission over 400 km is up-converted to 35-GHz mm-wave and delivered over 0.5-m wireless distance before it is detected by a heterodyne coherent receiver.
