Abstract

To improve the measurement precision of inertia devices in rolling missile, the missile body coordinate and dynamic balance coordinate system were established, and the transform between them was derived. The transformations among gyro coordinate, accelerometer coordinate and missile body coordinate system were also given in this paper. The models for the measurement error of gyros and accelerometers, which are caused by installation error and body dynamic imbalance, were deduced. Simulation results show the necessity of compensating the measurement error of gyros and accelerometers. To compensate the measurement error, the means of direct compensation and high-pass filtering were used and simulation proves that the adopted compensating means is feasible.
