Influence of ground induction electrostatic field to electrostatic detection through obstacle

Abstract

To improve the detection accuracy to the target, the influence about ground induction electrostatic field to the system of the electrostatic detection should be studied. Basing on the electric field distribution of the point charge in the two infinite upright planes and the image method, the distribution and electricity quantity of the image charge of the goal in the system of the electrostatic detection through the obstacle on the ground are analysed. The mathematics model of the passive electrostatic detection system on the ground through the obstacle is established. By the simulation it can be given that the influence about the ground induction electric field to the detection system is small and the farthest detection distance depending on a condition is gained.
