Implementation of local environmental control system on the microhand

Abstract

Local analysis of single cells within the cell population is emphasized. In this paper, we developed local environmental control system which could control the chemical stimulus locally at micro-scale by using two micro pipettes. Furthermore, we pointed out the problems in the local environmental control system and improved the system.
