Implementation of communication process in hardware-in-the-loop simulation of hydraulic system

Abstract

Focusing on the data transport requirement of the mathematical model and physical model during the hardware-in-the-loop simulation of hydraulic system, an analysis on the communication process and the communication mode was made between the simulator and the object control platform, and the communication model for the hardware-in-the-loop simulation of the hydraulic system on the foundation of the analysis was defined. According to the imitative practice of the communication protocol, the communication protocol could realize the data communication process validly during the hardware-in-the-loop simulation.
