Images of glow discharges in slit microhollow cathode

Abstract

We present the images of microhollow cathode discharge in pure argon in a slit configuration. The images were taken with a charge-coupled device digital camera at different voltages and currents. The voltage-current characteristics of the cell were also shown in this paper.
