Abstract

A high fidelity simulation approach is proposed for simulating micro-motion characteristics of extended targets by a full-wave numerical method. The proposed simulation approach is validated by the well-known targets. Micro-Doppler characteristics of coated targets are investigated by this fidelity simulation approach. Many interesting micromotion characteristics are first presented in this paper. (5 pages).
