Abstract
Taken the 2-DOF model as the study object, the fuzzy strategies to deal with the semi-active hydro-pneumatic suspension were presented. In these strategies, the suspension deflection was the controlling objective. Then the simulation for fuzzy control system was developed and field testing was performed. The results show that the performances of semi-active hydro-pneumatic suspension excel that of traditional passive hydro-pneumatic suspension in the respect of ride comfort.
