Abstract

The paper puts forward a kind of transportation detecting system based on Microsystems with MEMS accelerometer and SoC processor for ensuring the safety of the goods and detecting the status of the vehicles. The system can detect transportation and load process separately, and it has two different range MEMS sensors and a piece of real time clock recording chip that shows the time of the acceleration. This can provide the customer and the driver with the data to analysis the accident. Through the simulation on vibration platform experiment, it proved that the system can detect the vibration condition with high reliability.
