Abstract

The golf EV, touring EV, EV for policemen, Electric cars for passenger transportation, ride-instead -of-walk EV have been widely used in China just like the Volp in Europe and E-com in Japan. Unlike European countries, the heavy quadric-EV is listed separately as a kind of E V that can be only used in urban areas, while the Electric car is defined as a kind of EV which can be used on highways. The paper will present the detailed development of four-wheel EV and electric car industry in China basing on the statistics data and the detailed information of some specific companies.
