Abstract

This paper employs the Moving Particle Semi-implicit (MPS) numerical calculation method to simulate the oil distribution of oil-jet lubricated bearings. The distribution law of oil in the bearing chamber of bearings at different rotational speeds is analyzed. The temperature fields of bearings at different rotational speeds are calculated using the coupling finite element method (FEM) and thermal network method (TNM). The accuracy of the numerical simulation method is validated through temperature testing experiments. The temperature distribution of the bearing is analyzed at different rotational speeds. This provides a numerical calculation method for the temperature field of oil-jet lubricated and cooled bearings.
