Abstract
Establishes a force model for the internal parallel move gear transmission with mulriple redundant constraints. Deformation compatibility equation of the internal parallel move gear transmission with mulriple redundant constrains is established considering deformation of kinematic pairs. Then with the force analysis of each mechanism member, force model of the transmission system is developed. On the basis of the model, the law of high-speed gears dynamic force is uncovered, the law of crank torque, the law of bearing load and its orientation angle of the parallel move gear, the law of crankshaft bearing load are discovered and the effect of design parameters to the bearing load of the parallel move gear is discussed. The law of parallel move gears dynamic force is disclosed. As a result, it is seen that larger dimension coefficient and smaller meshing angle are of benefit in prolonging the duration of bearings.
