Finite-Time Converged Cooperative Homing Guidance Law for Salvo Attack

Abstract

Saturation attack strategy has attracted wide attention because it plays an important role in missiles penetration tasks. In this context, this paper proposes a novel cooperative proportional navigation guidance law to accomplish multi-missiles salvo attack in a planar scenario. At first, the cooperative planar engagement dynamic is formulated. The time-to-go estimates is selected as the coordination variable and then the finite time converged time cooperative guidance law is designed via multi-agents control theory. The setting time of guidance system is bounded and independent of the initial condition. This guarantees multi-missiles final salvo attack. The finite-time consensus and stability analysis are constructed via the Lyapunov function. Finally, the numerical simulations illustrate the performance of proposed guidance law and the proposed guidance law has good trajectories characteristics like traditional PNG law.
