Abstract

Aiming at the problem of manual scribing of precision castings with small margins in the complex structure of aviation special-shaped cabins, it is difficult to use manual scribing, low efficiency, and easy to produce waste parts. A method based on point cloud measurement data and feature extraction to quickly constrain registration is proposed. The margin optimization technology. Obtain the measured triangle patch data with a three-dimensional laser scanner, pass low-pass filtering and equidistant dispersion as point cloud data, and then use the local differential information of the point cloud data based on the initial registration of the principal component analysis method to automatically segment it For each surface to be processed, the minimum margin constraint is applied, and the feature-based fast constraint is used for accurate registration. The measurement points that do not meet the margin constraint are added to the registration click by an iterative method until the measurement points on all feature surfaces All meet the requirements. Experimental results show the technical advantages and effectiveness of this method in terms of work efficiency and machining accuracy.
