Abstract

A kind of double voltage driving circuit with high voltage RC delay control was put forward for controlling gas solenoid valve of solid rocket divert and attitude control motors. High voltage is applied to accelerate the closing of valve at the beginning of closedown stages, and low voltage is applied to hold the valve in its position at the closedown holding stage. The coil current can be fast released. All these can make the valve react quickly and save the energy at the start-up stage. The signal circuit is isolated from the power circuit. Only one control signal is needed by using high voltage RC time delay control, so the circuit can be simplified.
