Abstract

The ordered honeycomb Polyphenylene Oxide (PPO) membrane was prepared by casting the solution on a solid substrate in a high humid environment; The mechanism of the formation of PPO honeycomb membrane was proposed. Moreover, the influence of the compatibility between PPO and Solvents, as well as the volatility of solvents on the pattern regularity was also investigated.
