Abstract

Laboratory is important base for students to do scientific research and practical activity, is the cradle for cultivating innovative talents, and is the heart of the modern university. Opening laboratory is one of the effective ways to cultivate innovative talents, to improve students' practice ability, and to promote the teaching reform and laboratory construction. Reasonable and effective operating mechanism is the important guarantee for opening laboratory operation. Scientific and advanced managing modes and methods are necessary condition to release its effects. This paper mainly discusses the connotation and necessity of opening laboratory, and explore its operation mechanism and management.
