    Abstract

In view of the defects of existing quantitative researches on tacit knowledge externalization, this paper proposes dynamic systems for explicit dissemination of tacit knowledge in contact-based education. To quantitatively and qualitatively describe dissemination laws of tacit knowledge in education, the paper integrates the four stages of tacit knowledge dissemination into an effective factor. It takes communication between individuals as the research object, establishes hierarchical progressive dissemination models for tacit knowledge and performs numerical simulation on these models. The results show: The established dissemination models for tacit knowledge can quantitatively and qualitatively describe explicit dissemination laws and characteristics of tacit knowledge in education. To effectively increase the dissemination speed of tacit knowledge, it is necessary to raise the value of, which is achieved by constantly enhancing the four stages of tacit knowledge externalization and reinforcing mutual learning among individuals. It is important to provide good communication sites, improve self-mastery and self-learning capabilities of individuals and fully exert their comprehensive capabilities, thereby improving efforts of tacit knowledge sharing and dissemination.
